WHAT IS THE EB3 US IMMIGRATION PROGRAM?

This is a type of visa that does not require any educational or work experience qualifications from the recipient. The visa holder will migrate to the US to work in unskilled labor jobs, typically with minimum wage levels. COMMON REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATING IN EB3 PROGRAM
- Must be from 18 to 55 years old.
- Meet the health standards as required for the job.
- Have no criminal record and have never been deported from the US.
- Work full-time according to the regulations of the employer in the US.
- Proof of financial capability is not required
- Language proficiency: Only required for the EB3 Professional and EB3 Skilled Workers categories, but not for the EB3 Unskilled Workers category.
