The new International Education Resource (IES) for Manitoba Graduates is dedicated to enabling international students to graduate in Manitoba and meet the demand for the industry, faster pathways to entry into the program. provincial nomination. This category has three options:

SUITABLE CANDIDATES

Two options under the Career Opportunities and Graduate Internship categories will provide a faster nomination path for international graduates in STEM programs through internships, contributing to industry innovation in Manitoba. In addition, post-secondary graduates who find long-term employment in in-demand occupations that match employer training will no longer have to work for the 6 months prior to applying. please MPNP again.

If the applicant is an international student who graduated from another province in Canada and/or is not employed in a workforce-hungry industry, you may be eligible to apply under Manitoba’s Skilled Worker stream.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT CRITERIA

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND GRADUATION INTERNSHIPS

Education

Completed (Master’s or Ph.D) a STEM program in Manitoba within the last 3 years.
Or
Graduate within 3 years from a post-secondary program in Manitoba (minimum 1 year, 2 semesters, or full-time program.
Official fluent language CLB 7 (or equivalent)

Current job in Manitoba

For STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) graduates:
* If you have completed a STEM program in Manitoba and completed an internship related to your field of study in Manitoba, you are not required to have a job offer at the time of application.
For other applicants:
* Have a letter of offer to work full-time for a minimum of 1 year, in a NOC O, A, or B on the list of Manitoba job vacancies that match the applicant’s completed training program.
Notes:
* The MPNP may impose specific program or occupation restrictions
* If the applicant has completed a bridging program and passed the initial certification stage as verified by the appropriate regulatory body, the applicant is not required to have a job offer letter at the time of application.

Payment Fund

Applicants must demonstrate liquid funds equivalent to the Minimum Income Statement (LICO) for independent financial resources for a period of 6 months.
Or:
Applicant is working full-time, long-term position in Manitoba.

Adaptability

The applicant is residing in Manitoba at the time of application
Applicants must demonstrate their intention to reside in Manitoba upon nomination, including submitting a career work plan demonstrating an opportunity for success in the career pursued in Manitoba.
