INTRODUCE PROGRAM

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a program designed for skilled workers. The program allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals for immigration to Canada who are interested in settling in a particular province. Each province of Canada (except Quebec, which has a different selection system) and two territories have their own unique Provincial Nominee Programs with their own specific requirements. The provinces and territories that participate in the program have agreements with the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), allowing them to select immigrants who can meet their requirements. The provincial and territorial governments have long used these programs to effectively and scientifically welcome newcomers. Each program is closely linked to the specific needs of the province/territory, and selected candidates can settle and work in the area and contribute effectively to the community.
